Cwd Hotel - Hanoi

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. With spacious rooms and basic amenities, we got more than what we paid for. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated right next to the lake and close to the botanical gardens, we enjoyed taking leisurely walks in the serene surroundings. Lastly, the staff provided exceptional service. They were attentive to detail and always ready to assist us. We also appreciated the nice showers in the rooms and the breakfast options.

Everything was more than satisfactory.

Stay here if you want to visit ho chi minh mausoleum, 15 minutes walk away. Nothing bothered me with the hotel. It is near to the airport. Ba Dinh district certainly deserves to be visited;)))

The room faced the lake. We liked cwd. Of course, we strongly recommend it to friends. Within walking distance Lovegan, where you can have lunch...

This hotel is located in a beautiful area right next to the lake, making it a great location for those who want to enjoy the peacefulness of the area. the rooms are spacious and have great facilities, such as a nice bathroom with a giant shower head and a comfortable bed. the breakfast is decent and they even have someone cooking eggs for you.

The Wi-Fi can be unstable at times.

Good breakfast & great location!

I recently stayed at a hotel over Easter and enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was also great, close to a popular historical landmark and a busy shopping district. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and I had a hard time sleeping. Another downside was the poor Wi-Fi connection;

Great view from the room and affordable prices. Good location with easy access to the airport and attractions. Breakfast with a variety of food and friendly staff.

The gym and pool facilities need maintenance. Can be noisy at times due to events being held in the hotel.

The hotel's location was great, being very close to West lake and in an area that was less touristy. The breakfast was complimentary, and I appreciated the fact that I could have it early in the morning before my IELTS exam. The staff was quite helpful, and I was able to exchange money at a reasonable price. the hotel facilities were good, and the rooms were clean with quality bathrooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.
